With over 15 years of experience in education—including 5 years of teaching and 10 years in administration, Baskaran is committed to building an inspiring, value-driven learning environment.

Academically, he holds dual M.Sc. degrees in Aquaculture and Zoology, along with an M.Phil and B.Ed, giving him both strong subject knowledge and leadership depth. He also contributes as a Resource Person in teacher training programs conducted by Vidya Bharathi.

As a leader, Baskaran focuses on effective curriculum and academic planning, teacher mentoring and professional development, value-based and holistic student growth and co-curricular and community outreach activities

Outside the academic sphere, he is passionate about sports and encourages students to stay active and physically fit.

Baskaran continues to lead the school with dedication, compassion, and a vision for academic excellence and character development.
